23 June 2014 Dear Sir

I have worked for 2 years daily avg. 9 hours and my leave till now 50 days excluding sunday. Whether i finished my articleship Period as per ICAI Time Period and i am eligible to take leave for final and no more required to do articleship

Please help sir.....

24 June 2014 1. credit for additional hours is an issue that you and your principal need to decide.

2. as per ICAI rules 3 months leave is minimum granted subject to availability of overall leave (which is not a problem in your case)

3. stand alone basis, you can take 3.5 months leave (including sundays and public holidays) for preparation without attracting any extension. Beyond that will depend on your settlement with principal on extra hours credit
