dear sir maam, m principle has received aricleship regisraion leer on 11feb,2013 bu i hv no recvd it till now.. neiter do i hv recvd id card.. what to do??

Don't worry you will receive it shortly. Due to the heavy work at the students department communication to the students by ICAI going late.
However follow the above expert's suggestion to confirm about is it dispatch by the ICAI or not.

ok.. thank you.. i posted my query there.. dey asked me to collect registration letter from vishwas nagar.. but what about the id card?? i want to take transfer is id card necessary while taking transfer??

Yes, while you sending of form 103 with the new employer you have to also send ID card with details filling of new employer and articleship period with him and institute will re-issue to you by making signature on it.

Yes, your articleship period at delhi also considered. The procedure to re-registration to articleship is
You are in the first year of articleship training so you need not to require satisfing of any conditions to take transfer so first sumbit form 109 with your presend employer to ICAI and then after getting of termination acceptance letter from ICAI register your articleship for the balance period with the new employer. For registration of the articleship with the new employer process is same as the process at first you done with the old employer i.e submission for form 102 and 103 as well as franking on 102 etc.... but due to the termination your articleship period shall be cange with the new employer i.e you have to mention your articleship period for the period only i.e for your case only for 29 months assuming you taken termination after completion of 7 months and you need not to pay any fee for re-registration to articleship except this all other things and process are same as the first registration. However you have to answer the poin no 10 in form 103 which is related to termination and previously completed service details.
