Hi Ayush,
You will get B.COM AF IGNOU certificate once you completed IPCC BOTH groups & IGNOU one time Examination of 6 papers.
And they will issue certificate after passing IGNOU exams & IPCC both groups and 3 years of period should be completed from after passing 10+2
