Please understand that taking a transfer of articleship is now strictly governed. Should you wish to take transfer you shall have to comply with the rules of the institute in this regard. Should the reason be sufficed and institute approves your request, you may be allowed to take a trasfer. However would suggest that always maintain good terms with your principle..
