Is existing IPCC students who have finished 9 months of registration, are eligible to start articleship without passing either of the groups of IPCC?

As per existing rules u need to pass out 1st group to be eligible for articleship. But institute is going to change above rules for students who have completed Graduation with 55% can do articleship directly.
