My articleship period is 3 & 1/2 year and my total leaves are 265 days> can anyone tell me what will be the extension period according to icai

As per ICAI,u r eligible to take 182 leaves in the period of 3 1/2 year
As u have taken 265 leaves, excess leaves are 83 so the period to be served must be 83*7/6 =97 days and in that period, u r eligible for 14 days leave.
