My principal is not ready to accept my working.
My question is that Is my working Correct ? or I have to serve more days?
I Total Days (3 *365) 1095 II Less: Holidays 11 III Less: Maximum Leave Allowed((156 or 152 (1/6th of 793) which ever is lower) 132 IV Less: Sundays (52*3) 156 V Total Working Days Required 796
A Hours Required to worked in 560 Days (560/6*37) 3453 B Actual Hours Worked 4891 C Excess Hours worked (A-B) 1438 D Excess hours converted into Working Days(1438/6*37) 233
VI Actual Working Days 560 VII Leave 440 VIII Excess hours converted into Working Days (D) 233 IX Total Working Days (VI + VIII) 793 X Excess days -3

1)that is the reason student mandatory required to prepare work dairy monthly which will specify excess days worked,leave taken,actual days worked. etc,.and duly certified by boss monthly.however let me tell you your principle discretiion is final and you should accept to him. in certain matters,
2)you cannot simply take sundays as holidays in granted way,if you take any leave in between sundays if any treated as leave only and sundasy comes during articleship is treated as period actually worked. for caluculation of no. of leave days and working days.
3)granting of credit for excess hours worked is completely as per firms policy and your principle discretion you cannot simply caluculate as you wished.
so rework accordingly,,, 1)find out total leave taken first 2)total days of work3*365 3)leave allowed is more than leave taken it is excess leave
