30 June 2011 Can anyone help me for the form 108 submission. Is latter of condonation is compulsory? or we have to just fill the form and pay the penalties for delay submission?

01 July 2011 letter of condonation is compulsory if you are submitting after 30days.....it has to be handwritten and signed by principle in charge
