My articleship got completed on 19th March 2011. I had not taken any excess leave and therefore I only submitted form no.108 at the time of completion. I received the termination letter on 4th june which stated that I had taken excess leave of 1 day. What should i do now??? Do i have to fill form any form again???

you might have commit a mistake in computing the period, or there may be a problem in form "108", i'll suggest you to first call your Regional council and ask what is the problem in ur case, and after that you can proceed to cure that

But then which form should i fill form no.103 or form.107? Also do i show tat i worked in june ie. after receiving the termination letter? Can I work under another CA for that 1 day

yes show that workings of june, get a certificate of attendance from ur ca on his letterhead, and produce it as a proof.. better to first talk with REG Office for the problem.
