16 January 2009 Can a principal extend articleship of his article trainee after completion of his 3 year period, even when there are no excess leaves??

is there any period in which articleship extension form has to be submitted to the institute??

16 January 2009 in no case he can extend unless there is excess leave. in that case original deed is required to be submitted to institute.
