Hi Friends my question is if someone has completed graduation and also cleared CPT but not cleared IPCC Group 1 can do articleship can he do so? and also can along with articleship can he do job anywhere pls pls reply

Admission to direct IPCC and enrolment for training has not been in effective till now after graduation and cant do articleship and job together.
