10 September 2014 I m kashyap vadnagara.
currently I am pursuing my articleship at jamnagar.
Now I want to take transfer from there and want to shift at ahemdabad.
My articleship started on 26/02/2013 and completed one and half year.

on what ground I can take transfer??
my CA is ready to give transfer

10 September 2014 you need to write on plain paper seeking permission with ur ca sign and submit all the deatils of the proof and only if they allow u file form 109

10 September 2014 no that is not acceptable u need to prove that ur staying there in future like rent agreement or rent reciepts etc
