18 December 2013 if you opt for industrial training and took transfer after 2 years it is termination

if you have left previous firm and joined in some other firm it is transfer of articleship

18 December 2013 Transfer is from 1 firm to another Practicing CA firm.

Termination means now you are not with any practising CA but working as industrial training afetr u join any industry.
