sir, i purchased stamp papers on 31-10 and registered on that date for articleship. is it valid or i have to be registered before 30-10-2013

what date you mentioned as date of start of articleship in form 103 is relevant . . and will be taken for register your article ship... . . you are not required to send form 102 to icai...hence what you provided in form 103 will be relevant... . . moreover it will be okay with 31.10
