my question is only that i am registered as ipcc student in feb 2010 & i have not cleared any of the group till now so that my articleship is also not started now i want to attempt for november attempt of 2012 ipcc exam according to notification dated 16/8/12 existing ipcc student can also apply for articleship by paying conversion fees & articleship fees i have read that notifi. but m not able understand clearly bcoz there is some note was written below the table which made me confuse to start article or not

After conversion you can appear in exams only after completing 9 months articleship. ITT and orientation course should also be complete.
