12 October 2007 i have passed my pe2 exam in may07 i want to register for final but the problem is i'm in a dilema whether to register for old final or new if it was to be old then i would be having only single attemt can i change to new if anything goes wrong & i have to pay any fee for changing to new kindly suggest me
