as on today only Form 103 and condonation application along with the corresponding fees ( Rs 300 is to be submitted.
after 7th October, in addition to above, you shall be required to submit:
a. Attendance Record of the articled / audit clerk. b. Original Deed of articles / audit executed on a Non Judicial Stamp Paper / Special Adhesive stamp affixed on the Deed. c. Certified copy of work diary of the articled / audit clerk. d. Stipend details with evidence in the form Bank Pass Book.

What is the condonation application?whether it should be written on plain white paper and it should be signed by the article assistant or the principal Please help i m confused Thanks in advance
