25 April 2013 I have joined a firm in the month of april and i have mentioned the same date on the registration form and also got franking done on the deed form 102. If i submit my form in the month of may will it delay my final attempt?

25 April 2013 Due to the late submission will not effect on the final attempt eligibility. So your Final eligibility attempt will not change for that late submission reason.

25 April 2013 I will be eligible to write my final exam in NOV 2015? even if i submit my form lately?

25 April 2013 Yes, you are eligible for Final exam in November 2015 eventhough you submitted form 103 late. But if you not submitted form 103 with in 30 days to the ICAI from the date of commencement of articleship then it will levy penalty of Rs.100 and more depending on the period of late submission for delay in submission. But your exam eligibility doesn't effect it purely depending on the date of commencement of articleship not on the date of submission.

02 May 2013 Yes, the date of commencement can be before to the stamp paper date. But generally institute accept and reliable only if the date on the stamp paper should be with in 30 days from the date of commencement of articleship.

I.e in one word date of commenemcement of articleship can be the the before date of the stamp paper upto the 30 days before to the date of stamp paper.

02 May 2013 My actual date of joining is 12.04 but due to some personal reasons I could get my form 102 that is articleship deed franked on 30.04. Can I mention the actual date of commencement that is 12.04 in form 103 which is needed to be sent to the institute?

03 May 2013 Yes, you can mention the date of commencement of articleship is from 12.04 in form 103 but at the point no 12 of form 103 you have to indicate the date is on or after 30.04 and you have to send form 103 and the enclosures required with it.
