In our office there is no particular format to write of daily work done. We just write in a diary. Is this valid or we should follow some format. Is it compulsory to submit daily working dairy after completion of article ship.

06 August 2015 No format been notified by institute till now.
During my articles day, there was a proposal to make that system online. But failed.

Don't worry. Any format will suffice.

You need not submit that diary to institute anytime. It should be available for verification, if peer review team comes.
