I had got letter from the institute containing

we are sending herewith the student file of MR SAKET GUPTA(ERO0179090) under CA. KEJRIWAL SANJAY KUMAR(075702),since the memeber belongs to central region.
kindly acknowledge the receipt and do the needgul. . . . I would like to request you that what should I submit to the institute. My articleship starting date is 31/10/2012. Whether it will same or it changes after this issue provided vacancy is there in my firm?
