Dear Sir I just want to Know that Any CA Firm can do Statutory Audit of a Pvt Ltd Co. in which company one of the Directors is relative (Mother) of one of the partner of CA Firm. i read the Co`s Act but there is no such restriction. However i have already posted this query in which Abhisek Sir had replied that can not appoint as a Statutory Auditor. plz clarify me Thanx
