Recently a new pvt ltd co was formed on 30-03-2015. The company has still not started any business and not opened a bank account. There are 2 First Directors named in the Articles out of which one is the MD.
I want to add one regular director to make the total 3 directors.
1) Can anybody help me with the "letter of appointment" to be attached to DIR-12

yes, BOD can appoint person as additional director and you have to regularize this director in first AGM.
