07 August 2008 Can a person be appointed as Company Secretery for both holding as well as subsidery company.

What if a C.S. is not appointed at all in a company in which his appointment is mendate by law ?

08 August 2008 A person can be a company secretary for one company only. If the CS is not appointed where mandated, penal provisions will become applicable.
