In my case, one of the director will resign and two new directors will be inducted into the board. Kindly suggest any additional requirement to be satisfied other than the highlighted points below:
1. Apply for DIN for new directors 2. Arrange for consent letter from new directors 3. Convene Board meeting 4. File Form 32
Requirements of filing DIN 3 applies only in case of Directors appointed prior to 30.06.2010. In respect of the Directors appointed after this date, there is no need to file DIN - 3.
In my opinion you dont need to do nething else other than the things quoted by you!
