18 May 2011 one person wants to be an Additional Director in a Pvt. Ltd. Company. His DIN was Approved on 15th of May, 2011. Now Can he appoint as an Additional Director with effect from 1st April, 2011 (Before the date of Approval of DIN). Please guide me.
