Sir/ Madam, There is one HUF having PAN Number issued.Now the karta has died. And there are three members in HUF WIFE TWO SONS. .Now the pan card of HUF has been lost.My querry is that who will sign the form ofDuplicate pan. And what proofs to be shown.

2. **Proof of PAN:** - Any previous PAN card details or acknowledgement number of the lost PAN card, if available.
3. **Additional Documents:** - Death certificate of the deceased karta. - Affidavit stating the details of the lost PAN card and the circumstances.
### Steps to Follow:
1. **Application Form:** - Obtain Form 49A for PAN card application (for Indian citizens) or Form 49AA (for foreign citizens/entities). - Fill out the form correctly, ensuring all details are accurate.
