Dear Sir, we have completed our assessment order for AY 2014-15, the addition were made on the same ground which was made in AY 2013-14 for which we are in CIT(A), now we don't want to apply for CIT(A) for AY 2014-15 as there is option of avoidance of repetitive appeal u/s 158A
I want to know the procedure for applying u/s 158A
