Is a manufacturing concern having paid up capital of5 crore and more governed by 12A registered institute liable for XBRL reporting for 2010-11

As per mca circular dated 31.3.2011 circular no 9/2011 XBRL is applicable to listed companies having paid up capital os rs 5 crore or more...so if your concern is lised entity then reporting under format of XBRL is required..otherwise not
