a reg. dealer in kolkata sales goods to a company in Delhi & bill is raising in the name of the company in Delhi. but as per the request of the company in Delhi by email/phone to deliver the meterial to another company in kolkata.
Is this a CST sale? what is the formality to deliver the goods to another co. in kolkata.

You can take the request letter and can be treated as CST sales........however you required C Form from the Delhi company...Your sales only to Delhi company
