06 December 2017 I had filed IEC application online as laid down in the website, after paying requisite fees. After ten days the application was rejected with the message that cancelled cheque should be on plain paper, and submit application again. When I am trying to submit the application again all data is accepted, but the documents in pdf and gif are not accepted for importing, saying invalid application.

Please guide me for the procedure to be adopted, if anybody else has faced the same problem,.
