Application for certified answer sheets - urgent

14 August 2014 A prescribed format has been given for applying certified copies of Answer sheets by ICAI. For Verification application no format is given, we have to apply simply by writing in examinee's own hand writing in seperate paper and apply it. My doubt is, is it sufficient if we simply fill in the blanks in the format prescribed for applying Certified copies of Answer sheets in examinee's own hand writing or follow same procedure as prescribed for Verification application i.e., applying in a seperate paper?

15 August 2014 As per my understanding it is very much sufficient if you fill the blank in your handwriting to complete the application for obtaining certified copies of your answer sheet.
