11 February 2012 i have fixed my cab to call centre sitting capacity of passangers without driver and helper is 8. then the laiblity of service tax

12 February 2012 Yours is a Maxicab. The renting of Maxicab is liable to Service Tax under the category of Rent a Cab Schema Operator Service.
