when the new excise @12.50% and service tax @ 14% applicable? ??

With effect from 01st March 2015.

Excise rates applicable from 1st March but service tax rates will apply once notified by the act....
03 March 2015
Service tax continues as existing now i.e 12.36% as the new rates are not yet notifed by govt.
