28 December 2013 FY 2006-07 service tax limit cross taking registration & paid service tax

FY 2007-08 below service tax limit but paid service tax

FY 2008-09 onwards never cross service tax limit not charged service tax & not paid service tax it is right

please clarify

Yes, it is correct. Under SSI previous year TO is to be considered for Service Tax exemption.
