04 September 2012 We are a private Ltd. company providing Security and Housekeeping Services to prominent Banks. Generally the Banks are Limited Companies .

For raising the Bill against our Services to them could I charge the Service Tax as per the Notification ( 25% of Service Tax payable by us and 75% payable by the Service Reciepient)?

Need Experts opinion urgently for avoid confusion.

No Exemption to Banks Even if Public Sector Banks.
