20 June 2014 What are the sections of Companies act 1956 and companies act 2013 is applicable for November 2014 IPCC exams please sir, i am bit confusing to study plz help me.

Only a portion of companies act 2013 has been included in IPCC. for the rest companies act 1956 will apply.
