Is TDS applicable on technical service received from abroad by an Inadian company for the purpose of business in India.? IF it is applcable, clarify the procedure.

SECTION 9(1)(VII) PROVIDES THAT THE FEES FOR TECHNICAL SERVICES SHALL BE DEEMED TO ACCRUE OR ARISE IN INDIA IF IT IS PAYABLE BY A RESIDENT
HENCE IN SUCH CASES TAX IS DEDUCTIBLE UNDER SECTION 195
