13 August 2012 ASSESSEE INDIVIDUAL WAS IN AUDIT IN F.Y.09-10.THEREAFTER THERE WAS NO AUDIT IN F.Y.10-11 BUT IN F.Y 11-12 AGAIN HE IS IN AUDIT. SO MY QUERY IS WEATHER HE SHOULD DEDUCT TDS ON PAYMENT IN F.Y.11-12?
