15 January 2011 What is the criteria to fall under Registration of VAT & CST ? Pls help me with the procedures and forms to be followed. ( Products are mainly Engineering Pumps and other engineering products.) Also for VAT registration it would be a Gujarat VAT.

1. Rental Agreement of The business premises
2. Id & address Proof of the director/proprietor/partner
3. Passport size photo of each director 4nos
4. Company/Firm Pan card
5. MOA/AOA/Partnership deed
6. Electricity bill of the premises

forms to be filed:

a) Form 101
b) Form 101A
c) Form 101B
d)Form 101 C
e) Form 101D
