Please advise on following:

If an assesse is registered under service tax for providing construction services under the head "WORKS CONTRACT" in Gujarat, will it invite any provisions of Gujarat VAT act?

25 August 2009 Construction works falls under Work contract under VAT act, but will it attract the WCT is depends, if constructor using own material.
