Interest on application money will be paid to Investors at the applicable Interest Rate from the date of realization of subscription money up to one day prior to the Deemed Date of Allotment. (Such interest shall be payable within 7 Working Days from the Deemed Date of Allotment)”
will there be any TDS on such interest? If yes then which section is applicable? & What Rate?

TDS will be deducted u/s 194A if the amount of interest exceeds Rs. 5,000/-.
