Applicability of TDS on Coal Transportation

D/Sir,
Our Organisation is a Contractor of Coal Transportation in Northern Coal Field Ltd( a Unit of Coal India)and all our coal transportation are done within the premises of the Mines.
Now my question is that whether the new amendement is also applicable to Coal transportation.
