my client (individual) turn over is less then 1 crore in FY 2014-15. but his net profit is below 8% hence audit is to be conduct. please confirm whether my client is liable to deduct TDS in FY 2015-16

04 April 2015 No. TDS not required to be deducted. If 44AB applicable in FY 2014-15 only then liable to deduct TDS from 01.04.2015.
