Whether the treatment of Surcharge & F.B.Tax is applicable with retrospective effect from 1st April 09 or with prospective effect from 1st July 09 onwards?

New implications are effective from April 01, 2009 onwards.
Plz update your records accordingly.
and if you paid as advance tax (FBT) thn you can claim as refund when you file your co return.
