Proprietorship business of Transporter service tax is applicable if turnover exceeding basic service tax limit & if applicable what is rate of ST

Reverse Charge Mechanism of Service Tax is applicable in case of Transport Service. According to Reverse Charge, payee of fare of transport service whether he/she is service receiver or not, is liable to pay service tax. There is no any turnover limit for service tax liability in the said service.
