Reverse Charge Mechanism of Service Tax is applicable in case of Transport Service. According to Reverse Charge, payee of fare of transport service whether he/she is service receiver or not, is liable to pay service tax. There is no any turnover limit for service tax liability in the said service. Service Tax @25% of 14.50%
