a company received a project in which it will provide computer,printer etc on lease to govt schools. It will also provide computer assistant to schools for various computer related work of schools. Whether company is liable to service tax. If it is liable to pay service tax than in which category of service it will pay tax. Whether there will be an impact if it is a financial lease or operating lease.Please also give relevant section.
