how is service tax & vat assessed for a service provider providing service in the nature of interior designing and architecture? Thanks in Advance

Sir asfar as service tax is concerned ,its a taxable service as the same is not covered under negative list .Service tax shall be paid @ 12.36% .The same shall be charged by architecture in his bill.
