dear all. I am working in a concern as a junior manager,where there are 250 employees. most of them are getting salary between the sleb of 5000-7500 and some are on more then that. so please suggest me how to apply PF act in our entity and apply to whom with ESI also with the rate of contribution.

Employee provided fund and miscellaneous provision Act 1952 is applicable in our organization. Make application within one menthe from date of commence of business. Act is applicable in all India where 20 or more workmen employed for 12 month with or with power and getting wages or salary less then 15000 Rs P/M And ESIC ACT is also applicable .Where ESIC ACT is implement in that organization Maternity benefit act and compensation act is not applicable ,bcz ESIC ACT covers all aspects of social security ESIC Contributions rate – 4.75 % of salary Employee – 1.75 % of salary Employers – rest % of salary
