Applicability of gst on commission paid

please clarify my query is

my client doing restaurant business he is giving commission to zomato, siwgi (B2B) is gst is applicable or not on commission ??

my restaurant under 5% slab

if commission applicable how much i pay 5% or 18%

please clarify

28 June 2019 GST is payable on the commission received by zomato. They are liable to pay GST on commission received by them. As you are paying GST @5%, you are not taking Cenvat Credit of GST paid on commission.
