Dear Sir, our company is a Tile laying (Pvt. Ltd.) co., we hire contractors for tile laying works on retails & corporate projects. presently 9 employees in our company if we added contractor's labour than it is reached upto 20 to 30 employees. We want to know that who is liable to pay ESIC & PF on labour wages (Contractor or our Co.). And, if contractor not deposit ESIC & PF on his labour wages than it is our liability to pay PF & ESIC.
And also let me know that if there is any low & agreement to save the liability of ESIC & PF of the company.
